Mitsukake was once in love with a girl who died. She just wanted to say good-bye to him one last time. Her body became evil and infected a village. Villagers not knowing at the time. She had the power to bring back people from the dead. But when Miaka became ill, she told them to go see Mitsukake. When they went there Mitsukake told them the lady who sent them has been dead from some time. The ill Miaka was going to be killed but the Suzaku warriors show up in time to save her. Miaka saves the ladys life and she is finally able to say good bye to her love, Mitsukake. Mitsukake is quite and has the power to heal. He was the sixth warrior found.
